1. Scope

These General Conditions are intended to regulate the Terms and Conditions of Use of the website operated by W66 BRASIL LTDA, a private legal entity registered with the CNPJ under No. 58.139.921/0002-09, headquartered at Rua Alaska, nº 136, Jardim Canadá, Nova Lima/MG – ZIP Code 34.007-718, hereinafter referred to as Wine 66, as well as the purchase of products through the online store available on the same website.

Purchasing any product from the Wine 66 online store implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Wine 66 reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice.

The sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited to persons under 18 years of age, in accordance with Brazilian law. By placing an order, the customer declares they are of legal age.

 

2. Use

Access to certain pages of the website may be restricted to authenticated users, via registration with an email and a personal, non-transferable, and exclusive password.

The user agrees to keep their access data secure and to immediately notify Wine 66 in case of misuse by third parties.

 

3. Product Information, Prices, and Content

Wine 66 reserves the right to change, without prior notice, product information, prices, promotions, and commercial conditions.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. In case of discrepancies, the information on the packaging shall prevail.

All prices listed on the site are in Brazilian Reais (R$) and include taxes as per applicable Brazilian legislation.

In case of an error in the displayed price, the customer will be notified. If the price is lower, the difference will be refunded; if higher, the customer may choose to accept the new price or cancel the order.

 

4. Contract

The order placement constitutes a purchase proposal. The sales contract will only be considered accepted after payment confirmation by Wine 66.

The customer will receive an email with the purchase details. In case of incorrect information, the customer must contact Wine 66 via atendimento@wine66.com.br or +55 (31) 99138-6163.

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation via Pix or credit card.

Order status:

• Pending: awaiting payment confirmation.
• Processing: payment confirmed, order in preparation.
• Completed: order shipped.
• On Hold: awaiting customer response.

 

5. Product Availability

Wine 66 does not guarantee the availability of products at the time of order processing.

If the product is unavailable, the customer will be informed and may:

• Choose another product;
• Request a full refund, to be processed within 15 (fifteen) business days.

 

6. Delivery

Orders will be delivered within an estimated period of 7 to 15 business days, depending on location.

After shipping, the customer will receive a tracking code by email.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address. If not, the carrier will leave a notice with further instructions.

Upon delivery, the customer must check product integrity. If damaged, they must refuse the delivery and contact Wine 66.

 

7. Return and Withdrawal Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), customers have up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal.

To do so, contact must be made via atendimento@wine66.com.br, including the order number, and products must be returned in perfect condition, with original packaging, unused, and with the invoice.

In case of manufacturing defects or wrong items, the return cost will be covered by Wine 66.

After receiving and verifying the returned products, Wine 66 will issue a refund using the same payment method used by the customer.

 

8. Personal Data Protection

Wine 66 handles customers’ personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 – LGPD).

By registering on the website, the user agrees to the collection and use of personal data for identification, billing, and delivery purposes.

Customers may request the correction, deletion, or access to their data at any time via atendimento@wine66.com.br.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and software, is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights belonging to Wine 66 or its licensors.

Reproduction, modification, distribution, or any unauthorized use is prohibited without express permission from Wine 66.

 

10. User Responsibility

The user agrees to use the site responsibly and ethically, avoiding practices that violate Brazilian law or harm third parties.

The user will be held liable for any damage caused to Wine 66 or third parties due to misuse of the site.

 

11. External Links

The Wine 66 website may contain links to third-party websites over which it has no control. The company is not responsible for the content or policies of such websites.

The Court of the District of Minas Gerais is chosen to settle any disputes arising from this contract, waiving any other, however privileged it may be.
