Made exclusively from native Rioja varieties: 70% Viura, 25% Tempranillo Blanco, and 5% Garnacha Blanca. It undergoes a gentle pressing and is vinified with 50% whole clusters, aiming for a Burgundian style that emphasizes the value of the terroir over the grape variety. It matures half the time in concrete tanks and the other half in new French oak barrels.
